Paula (PJ) Selby, Daughter of a Purple Heart Recipient, Mother of two Army War Veteran sons, wife to Marvin since 1980.
First Career was Outside Sales in the Wholesale Lumber Industry in Arizona for 25 years, responsible for 18 million dollars a year in sales. In 2006, with the idea of being a real estate investor she obtains her Realtor® License. In 2009, she took that career full time and with her negotiation skills help other agents with short sale negotiations, with a 99% success rate. In 2019, she became a Broker, and currently is an Associate Broker with a small real estate boutique brokerage, working with clients and continuing her real estate investments, producing a career sales of over 35 million. For 10 years she sat on the board of the Phoenix Chapter of Veteran Associations of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) and participated in changing policy in Washington DC for veterans regarding the VA Loan and the process, and locally help veterans with rent, utilities and helping families enjoy Christmas. Within the Real Estate industry, she has been on numerous committees and currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee and the Cares Committee at WeServ East Valley Association. Her goal has been set up with other likeminded individuals a non-profit to assist Veterans in being able to own their own affordable home, to feel a since of pride and being able to congregate in a place with other veterans.
